I’ve been coaching clients for 10 years.  And I’ve been a singer, actor, dancer, & musician my whole life.

 

As a coach, I teach strength training, movement, nutrition + mindset foundations to teach you the craft of fitness for YOUR unique body & needs.

 

But I also use tools from "The Artist’s Way", Meisner technique, musical theatre dance styles, vocal technique, and many other artistic methods to help you work through your fitness kinks in a language you can understand and get excited about, because it’s what excites ME!
